another great competion day

first off,WELL DONE to member robbie milne for taking first place(scroll to bottom of page for enlarged photo).we had a good turn out,every one enjoyed themselfs the raffle was a big hit as we have come to expect.the weather was maybe to good?was good to see more juniors taking part this time.
a BIG THANKS to rab,ewen and mathew for their work on the boat,again to rab for setting up the raffle and prize giving and overseeing the event runs smoothly,all the members that donated prizes to the raffle,thanks to all who turned up and again the staff at the lovat arms.already looking forward to the next one.

members wishing to take part in octobers outing sunday 14th/21st will meet at the spar shop in contin at 8am(we are now fishing winter rules,which means we can fish 3 bait rods instead of 2).good luck.

guys we are thinking of knocking up a wee gallery board for the prize giving after competition in the hope it might interest a few folk and bring in new members,any photos club members might have and would like to be included please e mail to me at esoxness@hotmail.co.uk and we can get the ball rolling,also we would like to get something together for pikelines magazine so any photos of p.bs,nice fish,highland scenery or wee stories that we could use again please e mail.

october meeting

october meeting has been moved forward toMONDAY 1st october still at the clachnaharry inn 8pm.ALL WELCOME.
any raffle prizes for our open competition can be brought along and given to rab hay,this will allow rab time to sort them out and get ready for the day and maybe save a little time on the day.

september outing

all members attending the september outing will meet at tarvie cafe at 8am on sunday 23rd/30th depending on the date you have choosen to fish,good luck.

one of our younger members NATHAN WINDLE landed a new personal best today at 16lb 9oz,the big grin said it all.nice one nath.
