June Outing

Our June outing is an overnighter and will be held on 29th & 30th.

Meeting at Ashers bakery, Aviemore at 8am

Permits will be £15 for the weekend.

BIG CHANGES

Inverness pike anglers club is no longer a region of the PAC, therefore new members do not have to be a PAC member to join the club.

Although the club will still accept PAC and PAAS membership holders as members.

The club will still offer PAC and PAAS our full support.

A few recent changes in the club.

a few changes after the inverness ra74 agm meeting......
after 6 years at the helm myself and rab hay have stood as R.O's (will make it official in due course once the new pac sec is in place)

Could all trophies and nominations for sports person of the year be handed to Rab by the A.G.M. at latest.

Also Rab and Micky will be standing down as R.O.'s so we will be looking to fill those roles by the A.G.M. and Ewen and Micky will be retiring from club committee roles after 6 years,so the club committee is needing volunteers to take on those roles too.

January outings!

Well here we go again folks,our first outings of 2013 will be sunday the 20th and/or 27th.
Meeting at pattersons papershop in drum at 8.am.

DECEMBER OUTING

For the final outing of 2012 we will be fishing on the 9th/16th of december....meeting at pattersons papershop in drum at 8am.

Please be careful out on the roads guys,tightlines.

NOVEMBER OUTING'S

This months outing's will be held on sunday 11th and 18th November,meeting at Tarvie Cafe at 8am
We are now back on winter rules gents...Tight lines and remember to be careful out on the roads early morning now we have the frost and ice back.

This meeting will be at BLACKSMITHS in CULLODEN as our usual venue is under renovation,any problems give RAB HAY a ring.

october outing weekender success.

Unfortunately due to other commitments i was gutted to have missed this trip but our annual jaunt down the road proved very good for all those fishing,not just our own members but we were also joined by guests from tayside PAC,glasgow PAC and ayrshire PAC aswell as friends from P.A.A.S and Al Rawlings making the long trip over from Ireland.

Our Caledonian charity shield was also in play for this weekend and was won by Sean Allan,Well done Sean and all that help raise the £200 that will be donated to the macmilan nurse's trust,our way of thanking them for the help they gave fellow member and friend James Lockard in his final weeks.
A lot of fish were caught and with a couple dream fish thrown in for good measure,Saturday couldnt have started any better for Ewen Lyon upping his P.B. to 25.04lbs.

Lots of doubles and jacks also caught over the weekend and another clonker on Sunday by Gus from ayrshire pac weighing in at 25lb 10oz.

Well Done Gus thats a braw fish mate.A big thanks to all that made the weekend a success.
